This course is suitable for anyone who has their standard level certificate with the BADC (or other organisation equivalent).

What is covered:

This further weapons level course will explore the iconic Longsword. A versatile weapon popularised by fantasy media such as Game of Thrones, The Witcher, Lord of the Rings. Despite this affinity, it’s medieval and renaissance roots show us an incredible history of martial techniques.

This course will explore both the martial applications of this weapon and the fun fantasy stuff too! Culminating in a performed partnered fight.

This course is suitable for anyone who has achieved their standard level certificate with the BADC (or other organisation equivalent).

The course will culminate in an assessed fight performance, and successful completion will earn you a further weapons level certificate accredited by the BADC.

A £100 deposit is required to sign onto this course. The remaining amount will be due a few weeks before the start of the course.
